Hospitality & Entertainment
A large part of our business is within the hospitality and entertainment sector, where we have worked on hotels, concert venues, music studios, branded residences, restaurants, food halls, and entertainment district planning. In all of these projects, we focused on the model and documentation while our strategic partners focused on their added value: design and engineering with vast amount of exclusive experience working in this sector.
Multifamily & Residential
We have extensive experience multifamily mid-rise and high-rise projects as well as single-family residential and townhome designs with top designers and developers. Our focus in these projects was to model and document all specialties and deliver an integrated model lessening the engineering coordination burden to Architect to allow them focus on the big picture. We have also worked with General Contractors where we partner with pre-construction and cost-consultant strategic partnerships to offer a comprehensive take off and budget process.

We have experience in industrial construction, where we have had the opportunity to work with clients on their master plans with complex phasing to meet current and future demands with a holistic vision, designing their facilities in collaboration with all specialties needed depending on needs, and developing construction documents with comprehensive interdisciplinary BIM models for manufacturing, warehousing, and clean room facilities.
Universities & Schools
We have extensive experience in projects throughout the education sector, from new designs, remodeling and restoring K12 and higher educational projects as well as a wide range of education sub-typologies including classroom space, maker spaces, auditoriums, faculty commons, library, residence halls and master planning. We have a proven track record of participating in 50+ hospitals assisting Architects, Medical Equipment Planners, and Engineers with models for each of their specialties. We have helped fast-track the medical equipment content creation and placement in projects significantly reducing time and cost, as well as developed scripts to help us automate complex tasks such as Automated Revit LOD 100 Family creation for all medical equipment based on medical equipment item summary, including auto-inserting parameters, and Revit Family Automated placement based on room by room medical equipment database.
